SimCity (2013) 'Incorrect Login Information' Error message..

Please describe Cannot connect to SimCity 2013 servers, getting an incorrect login message
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 19.04.23 10:00 am
Summarize your bug Try to connect to the game, get the aforementioned login message.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to log in to SimCity (2013)
What happens when the bug occurs? The game does not launch.
What do you expect to see? Being able to connect.

Cannot login to SimCity 2013. I get an 'incorrect login info' error message whenever I try.

I've rebooted my machine, re-logged into EA's app...nothing appears to be working.

    Nope, bought 2 Deluxe Edition Copies in the sale...

  • It's been a couple of days for me now. I guess I'll go back to single player mode. Just turn off your internet connection, open up SimCity and you will get the single player option to display.

    You'll be as Unknown but then all you have to do is close SimCity, turn on your internet connection and then open SimCity again. It will the show your user name.

    You can't use Mutiplayer until they "FIX IT", but it gets you back to playing again until they do.

  • @tahoesb Thank you - i knew there was a way to at least start offline singleplayer somehow but all info i had have been misleading. This one worked.
  • As of right now, the multiplayer is back up and running. At least for me.
