Simcity 2013 launcher dosnt show and crash only in the windows 10 taskbar

I just got a new PC and installed SimCity through the Origin app. It shows that the game installed fine, but the game itself won't launch. The game logo hangs out in the taskbar, but the task manager...

    Sorry for the delay, but I pass Friday, Saturday and Sunday testing.

    my external hdd having problems after a format because  I want  to do more test,  but the errors of my hdd  let my think another solution.

    I want to finish this in the hard way! . Reinstalling windows again.

    Yes you are right I also think to start again , so I clean up my pc, and the first thing to install even before the drivers was origin and SimCity, to figure out if something was blocking the origin servers, so finally the games launches on my PC, with a warning  that no grafhics capable . So no problem I know the driver of nvidia wasn’t install yet.

    then I install the nvidia drivers and launch again SimCity. No problem again 😱😀

    so i install all the drivers left and again launch SimCity, no problem.

    so i start installing the windows updates, after installing all and rebooting. Launch SimCity with out problem.

    well everything looks good know maybe was a mistake, bu then install more apps and files, after doing another test, the game launcher was crashing again. 

    So is an app! 😡

    Finally I know something pc program is blocking the SimCity launcher, so again install windows and try installing one driver and app one by one time , and open SimCity , to know what app is crashing the launcher. Until 24 apps latter I discovered the app that is making SimCity crashing.

    is the msi program name Nahimic 2 this programs comes in the motherboard ( MSI ) to choose different sounds stages to improve sound , I disable this app, and SimCity launches normally, I enable this app and SimCity launcher gets on white and crash like always. So finally I know the issue, I don’t know why they are conflicting, but if I launch the game first and then this app no conflict and the game enters to SimCity and has sound with out problem. 

    I also don’t know why when we do the clean boot this app was no diseable.

    well finally a Blackjackwidow I can start gaming again, until I finish to installing again everything that was left hehehe.

Well, I went back to the DXDiag report, ran a couple things through Google translate, and found that in addition to a SimCity.exe error, you've also had GeForce Experience and Windows Store errors. The Windows Store error listed a .dll file as an issue. So maybe you have a corrupted system file somewhere? Just to be sure we haven't corrupted Windows itself somewhere, try running a system file checker to find and fix any system file corruption.

Windows key + X; choose Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows Power Shell (Admin), whichever is there. Type "sfc /scannow" without the quotation marks and see if it finds anything.

Another, more radical solution would be to Reset Windows and keep your files, which will do a reinstall of Windows 10. You'll then have to update Windows, reinstall drivers, and reinstall all your programs. Since this is a new computer, it might not be a huge hassle for you, it's up to you. This article goes through all of the options available for refreshing and resetting Windows; be aware if you upgraded from Win 7 or Win 8 and you do a reset, you won't be able to revert back to the previous version.

    I am so glad to hear that you finally found the problem! I agree, it's very strange that the program wasn't disabled in the clean boot - that would have saved a lot of time.

    One good thing that came of this - because of your problems, I finally installed my new pc. It also has an MSI mobo, and a GTX 1070 video card. I thought I might have some issues that I can troubleshoot on my pc, but everything installed OK for me.

    You might want to go to msi.com & download the newest HD audio drivers for your motherboard. I updated the bios & the drivers & programs there. Might help with the software.
