Hi @lemmonsdixon - I don't think you need a wrapper program, installing mods on SimCity is fairly simple and I think it works the same way on a Mac as it does on PC. Just make sure you extract the mod, you want to move the *.package file to your SimCityData folder (a file ending in .rar is not going to work)
