Simcity 2013 product key
Dear EA!
I bought Simcity 2013 a long ago, but my computer broke. I tried to install the game on my new PC,but i can't use the product key twice. Can you help me or I need to buy the game again?

If you are getting the message that your code is already in use, you are logging in on the wrong account. In rare cases it could also mean that your account got hacked, leading you to create a new account with the email you used before. Another possibility is that your game is under "Hidden Games" in Origin. To check this, click on the "Show" button at the My Games tab.
If you still can't figure it out, contact a Game Advisor--make sure to select your country in the upper left corner of the screen. When creating your case, I advise to list your game code in the Please tell us a little more about your issue box when creating your query. This well help our Advisors to swiftly assist you.
