SimCity 4 won't install with the EA app

Hello,

I have a Windows 11 computer and I have a purchased copy of SimCity 4 on my EA account.  

When I try to download and install the game on my computer, it downloads but then at the "Wrapping up" stage it gives me the message "Installation failed: The final stages of installation didn't go as planned.  Try again in a little bit."   

I have tried clicking the "Resume download button", restarting the app, cancelling and redownloading the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App, as well as clearing cache, but none of them have solved the issue.

Furthermore, I was able to download and play another game from the EA App, so this doesn't seem like a generalized problem with the app.

Has anyone else had a problem with this issue?  In any case, is this a common problem with Windows 11 computers and is there any way this can be fixed?
