SIMCITY COMPLETE EDITION (MAC) ON ORIGIN NOT WORKING! UPDATE TO 64 BIT, WHEN?

When will you upgrade SimCity Complete Edition from 32 Bit to 64 Bit for Mac, through Origin? Catalina will not all 32 Bit App or Games to open. There should be a solution to this issue by now as ASPYR has already updates its version of SimCity Complete Edition recently to 64 Bit, though the Mac App Store. If you are not going to update the game, through Origin, to 64 Bit, will you do the right thing and refund customers their money (I haven't even had the game for long)?
