I'm on the beta drivers as I have Tombraider on my computer. I did what you said, did a whole driver restart/uninstall/reinstall and try windows mode no change.
I google'd around for you today and only found two other places that this is mentioned.
Crysis: unrelated it has a setting that causes something simliar
WoW: Somebody said that it was with new nVidia drivers and they enabled 3D vision.. said to turn it off. I have to call BS on this as I have 3D vision and it is not anaglyph.... and it's never turned on by default
I guess double check your nVidia settings. Since it's just this one game it definitly isn't a global color scheme.
I'll do some more searches and see if something comes up. Sorry
