Same for me here. My game sometmes crashes when I try to build a street.
SC then hangs, continues to play music, mouse cursor moves, I have to kill the process via task mgr.
Playing also on EU West 3.
I tried to
- run as Administrator
- set compatibility to Win XP and Win 7
- limit SC process to 2 cores
None of these solved the issue.
Any ideas?
I'm also having this exact same problem. It was working until update 1.5 was pushed. After that I've been have very frequent freezes. Before that update I had none.
dosent this thing support more then one thread, omg its unplayable
testing it on one core which stinks--- runs okay but the sound keeps making studdering noises like it does before it freezes with the sound loop-- will tell you how it works on one core later
froze on single core, ran slow all game so wasent suprising, i just dont think this game can use too many cores well right now
