Hi @pooh00110 - There are no patches needed for SimCity 2013. It downloads from Origin fully patched to the most updated version 

Then how to solve the traffic loop and loop?

The Origin tell me to download the Simctiy complete edition, can I not to download it?

Hi @pooh00110 - I merged your new post into the first thread you started. I will try to help you get this straightened out.

Are you running on a Mac or PC? What OS (Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina / etc)? 

Have you installed the Origin application? You cannot download games from the web page, you must install Origin on your computer. You can download and install from here: https://www.origin.com/store/download

If you are on a Mac running Catalina, SimCity will not run. Apple dropped support for 32-bit games like SimCity, beginning with MacOS Catalina 10.15. There is more information in this post: https://answers.ea.com/t5/SimCity-2013/Mac-SimCity-and-MacOS-Catalina/m-p/8298578#M127940 , including some options for running 32-bit games after upgrading to Catalina. 

If you are on a PC, please reply back and let me know if there are any error messages and if SimCity ever starts.

I have download Origin, I played Simcity on Origin. Recently, it tell me to download the Simcity complete edition. But I'd like to download it later, and play the original Simcity. So I ask for not to download it.

So you are probably playing SimCity Limited Edition? If you bought Complete Edition, or you have Origin Access, it must be asking you to download the Complete version. 

First, make sure you are seeing your original game in My Library. Log in to Origin, and at the top right corner click on Filters > Clear Filters. Start the original SimCity, not the Complete Edition. 

If you are playing SimCity offline, easiest way is to open Origin > Origin menu > Go Offline. Then you can play the original game and it won't download the other version. 

If you are playing online, you should be able to say No, don't download, or at least Pause or Cancel the download if it already started. 

You can also start the game from the shortcut (desktop or menu) This should go into the game as soon as you log in to Origin.
