my pc is too old... thats why i cant play the simcity.. ☹️
so i request refund of simcity.
i play under 1 hour, and i request refund in 7 day...

You posted into a forum on the game player community website. We handle no EA business at all, not selling, not accounting, not refunding. You have to do all that on EA's commercial sites. Contact a customer support adviser this way:
"Contact the EA Adviser" Yeah THAT'LL WORK. Been waiting for mine for 2 years. Sorry, I don't buy anymore, EA is packed with liars, and expecting them to do anything without a million dollar lawsuit is a BIG FAT WASTE OF TIME. And if need be, they'll shuffle you around between departments and forums until you get lost and lose interest in pursuing justice. You know. Like you're doing. "Expert". Wonder who promoted you, EA CS.
