To the best of my knowledge there have been no developers in this forum the entire time that the Answer HQ website has existed (close to four years now).  On the other hand, EA's OWN game forums have the reputation of being overseen by developers on a regular basis.  From here, your message first must be seen by one of EA's CMs, collected, and forwarded through channels. 

The CMs are few in number, and the traffic on AHQ is frequently overwhelming.  The game adviser you received that suggestion from was in error.

    I bought SimCity Societies and its expansion pack, it runs well on Windows 7. but on Windows 10 it won't even load, but I found out the problem:

    • The base game (SimCitySocieties.exe) version is v1.0.4.270, but the expansion pack (SCSDestinations.exe) is version v1.1.0.273.
