SimCity won't complete load on MAC Mojave anymore

Simcity won't complete launch anymore. Unable to play the game. Using MACBook Air with 2 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 and Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB, operating with Mojave (Ver 10.14.5)....
