(Solved) Error Unable to Load City at This Time

Hey all. I have been having this problem since I bought the game in December of 2013. The way I have solved this is to go to the Sim City folder under the Origin Games folder on your hard disk.  Navi...

Be carefull,
you're going to loose all the regional progresses in that city. Btw you can move your money out of there...
