Dear EA,

Yesterday I purchased a  ' starterspackage' on the sims freeplay.

I should have received 30.000 simsdollars and 15 LP's and some inventary.

I only received the inventary.. and this is not as the picture shows..

i didn't received my simdollars and LP's. 

please help
