In your trade depot do you have it set to Export the stock?
same problem with mine. I have to set to Export btw.
Some times it works some times it doesnt. usually my trucks just sit in their bays

If either of you get a chance could you do a quick video and link to it?
You can press V in game to record or use Fraps etc, whatever works best for you.

I have some trade depot that are exporting and that works fine. External truck come and pickup stuff.
What doesn't work is the local trucks.
They simply doesn't move all my goods around. So my coal power plant stops
My processor plant doesn't get plastic, though I have about 16000 crates in my city
I just created a new subdomain for this, so it could take some time for it to work.
But I have just uploaded a movie.

I had the SAME issue last night. 2 smelting factories, with two full trade depots, and an ore min across the street, and they were constantly out of ore.

One step closer to just giving up...
Import, export, use locally, it didn't matter. Tons and tons of ore on the same street - and none was making ot to the smelters.

I'm having a problem with plastic being delivered to the processor factories.
I have tons of plastic but none go it will go to the factories!
I got the same problem, all of my trade depot trucks just disappeared, I have checked everywhere if they are stuck in traffic maybe in other cities too but they are just gone. They were there when I played earlier today but when I came back they were all gone.
I am currently building an arcology, I have searched the internet and read others had the same problem and it was always while building a great work so that probably has something to do with it.

I clicked on 'Me too' when this thread was first started and also subscribed to it to follow updates. However, at this point, I feel I should state that the problem in the quoted post is not the same as mine. Probably the same bug, but not the same scenario creating it.
I have not started, or finished for that matter, a great works project in the city's region where I encounter the trade buildings and delivery trucks not working.
To surmise, this bug is not exclusive to the condition that a great work has to be started, or present in the region for this bug to rear its game-breaking head.
The screenshots and video posted earlier in this thread are accurate of the bug I have experienced.
Imports seem to be making it to the trade depots and ports, however the goods are not making it beyond that point. I can not see any trucks moving around to any of the factories, nor are any of the goods being delivered to the factories. All factories are flashing "Out Of Resourse" I have tried everything.
