EA - Let the record show that this is the last EA game i will ever buy. I will also never buy EA stock again. I'm tired of your BS. I can't even play Sim City on the night I bought it. I can't remember the last EA game I bought where I wasn't annoyed within 10 minutes. Tonight my pain started with having to wait 30 minutes for an update to a game I purchased on opening night, then I couldn't login to Origin, now I’m getting an error that I cannot start a city. Seriously...

Please share wherever possible, we need to get 100,000 people in 30 days!Your solution to DRM in new video games is to start a petition and involve the government? Have they been able to get anything right this far? I have an idea: STOP BUYING GAMES THAT HAVE THIS FEATURE. Vote with your dollars, don't start BS petitions that they will ignore anyway.
WTF PAID 80 bucks and cant play all dam day...... please fix this or return my dam money

Any movement on this problem?
We should be compensated for the frustration.
Yeah I can't play either. This is the worst launch I have ever seen. I guess I will try again tomorrow and then if I still can't get in I am asking for my money back. No point in paying for a game that no one can play. What a scam. This is so frustrating!

I'm just going to say this and of all the games I have ever purchased, this will be the first time I have decided to post my disappointment anywhere about anygame and I've played many.
With great enthusiasm I bought a 2 copies, one for myself and the other a family member. I stayed up late to get first glance at the new game and that is just about where my fun ended...
1. I logged in after messing around with a test city last night, and it takes 3-4 tries of getting the can't create a city message.
2. When it finally works and I play, the game crashes like other posters and of course it saves to the cloud!! Except when it actually doesn't. They didn't save at all.
3. Three tries at new cities, I'm frustrated, disappointed and feeling a bit ripped off.. I come back 2 hours later.
4. I have a login queue, are you serious??
5. so like others, .. I say fine, try another server, except like an mmorpg character, my city isn't there. Really, this is sofakingretarded
6. WELL I just want to fing play the game I bought and guess what, I can't, I can't because even though that server is "Available", it won't create a city there and after reading here, it's just going to crash anyway. WOWJUSTWOW
How could such a highly anticipated game from a company who ought to know by now what sort of infrastructure they need to support their community flop so badly? Shame on you, shame on you for ripping off every former fan of sim city. ☹️

Today's my birthday, what a memorable experience.
Can't say how long I've been anticipating the next sim city release, doesn't really matter.
What does matter is today is my birthday, and I'll be damned if I let EA ruin it...

This exact thing happened when Diablo 3 released. EA knows exactly how many units go out for sale, and they watch as they get scooped up like fat kids chasing candy. I lost a lot of respect for Blizzard with the Diablo 3 fiasco, and history has repeated itself now with EA. I hope it works tomorrow.
