It's because EA doesn't care about anything but getting your money, the only way they will care is if a large amount of people start asking for refunds.

This has been happening to me all day, punctuated by crashes, disconnects, and an assortment of other server errors. I managed to play exactly ONCE, built a road, zoned some residential, plopped a power plant, and then as I zoomed in on it the game crashed. Had to "recover" my installation, and haven't been able to play since. Asking for my refund, but even that will take 2 hours.

EA You have 24 hours to fix this as I just received the game from Amazon today. I will get my purchase refunded if my game is not working tomorrow. Also, while you are at it, why don't you read the customer reviews there and see how your "most anticipated game of 2013" is doing on the ratings.

This is absolutely stupid. Good job EA on ruining what could have been a great singleplayer game with your **bleep**ty servers.

Give us a single player option...this is stupid.  I cant even playing the F'ing tutorial.

I want my fu*king money back. I paid all that for this game and I can't claim any land, or play the **bleep** game... wtf... What a piece of **bleep**.
