Unable to load any cities in Region ''Lets Play Together 8''

Question

I'm not able to load any cities in the region ''Lets Play Together 8'' on the North America East 3 server

Any of mine and any of the other players in the same region.

If I start the game and try to load an older city in other regions, it works.

I can load my cities in:

Lets Play Together 2

Lets Play Together 3

Lets Play Together 5

So I think the files are broken on the server of Lets play together 8.

- Reinstalled my game. No change

- Tried other PCs at home. No change

Yes and I also deleted the files in the user data folders to let the game repopulate them.

The data are corrupted on the server side. Not mine.

Other players in that region have the same problem so its not my game or my pc or nothing espe on my side.

@EA_Cath It not only him, the same problem is happening to me. It is server-side issue.

Hey @Michaud747 , that's curious. Have you tried repairing the game through Origin/EA app?

I also have this issue. Not only that, but Leonard Davis also appears to be having the same issue (as seen in this portion of his video).

I have also contacted support via chat and they simply told me to check the forum for solutions. However, they were helpful enough to also contact the support team.

I have already tried:

Clearing EA app cache (per instructions)
Repairing SimCity
Deleting UserData folder and launching
Reinstalling SimCity

Unfortunately nothing has worked and only these cities appear to be having issues since I still cannot access the region.
