Unable to Load City at this Time!

Having trouble loading a city that I created on EU 6. I quit the game gracefully and on my next login, it said to above error message. I tried again over a few days, no joy. I am able to view neighbouring cities and when I pan to see mine, it is just empty. Help!!

    If you can, try going into another city in the region and load your problem city from the regional view. If you can get there from another city in the region, you may be able to salvage it.
