Unable to play Multiplayer for days.

Servers are unavailable. Can't "select another server". My internet connection is fine. And game is allowed trought Firewall.

Tried reinstalling/repairing, change VPN location, Flush DNS...

Was able to play last week..

I have Sim City 4 on disk how do I add it to the EA app
I have Sim City 4 on actually disk from back when the game first came out. How do I add it to the EA app so I can launch the game and play it from there?
