Updated to EA App but now no saved games in Sim City

Hi I updated to the EA App but none of my Saved Game Cities are there in Sim City. I have not checked Sims 4 yet but what the hell.... Update: None of my 200+ hours of Sims 4 is accessible either....

@LiluMummy  Please check OneDrive for any missing saves.  It's possible your data was uploaded to cloud storage and removed from your computer; neither game would be able to find your saves in the cloud.
