Where's Urban Renewal Kit?

SimCity 2000 Special Edition is meant to have the Urban Renewal Kit, but I can't find it to play. Where's the Urban Renewal Kit?

It's in the installation. Check the dosbox.conf file in the subdirectory DOSBox. Open the notepad as adminitrator, locate the file (mind the file extension), open it and change the line 197. Replace SC2000.BAT with SCURK.COM, save and start from the EA game launcher.

It's worth the time to check and play around with the other options under [render] and [sld] to get old vibes back. 😜
