Yeah, it's annoying. However I have found that when building density increases the problem seems to dissipate. It's only a problem when starting out; but annoying none the least.

Maybe there's something in there that could do with a little bit of updating or otherwise tip us off as to the root cause of the flickering. 🙂

My DXDiag is under Spoiler, however I think it's more than a coincidence that both of us use the same graphics card Nvidia gforce GTX 750 Ti.
