I'm not sure I understand correctly, do you mean you want to download SimCity, that you played last time in 2014?

If you own the game and you redeemed the code back then, you can download it through Origin. If you don't have Origin installed in your computer anymore, you can get it from here: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/download

Just log into your account (the account where you redeemed your game), and you will find the game in your Game Library, ready to download! 🙂
