I have my xbox controller hooked up, but my player keeps rolling forward by itself and when I open the map it sounds like there is other inputs being registered from a phantom device. I have disconnected my keyboard to no avail. I have restarted game and computer. Please help.
I play through Steam, all my other games work great. I tried playing through EA and it didn't even recognize my controller in general.
My controller does get recognized and I have been able to play some of the game, but when I get off my board I start rolling. Additionally, for the controls on screen, when I am not pressing a button, it reverts back to giving me dualshock controls, almost as if it thinks the phantom device is a PlayStation controller.
same problem here, is your keyboard a razor huntsman by chance? it sometimes registers as a Xbox 360 controller. It's driving me insane.
I am just using an OEM xbox controller. Maybe I should try a different controller... and I know right? I have been waiting 15 years for this game hahah
