Account has lost everything, Even my Premium Skate Pass

I am extremely discontent with EA, i have put money into this game, was leveling up all the section, just to log in the next day to having nothing. I don’t know if i did anything wrong but i am really disappointed with the fact i lost all progression. i wish to get my account back from whatever point it’s at right now. Please and thank you.
