Accounts linked, ID correct, Email correct, still getting 480232561

At first I thought I was stupid and just had the wrong accounts linked, which I did and gotten fixed through EA support. Now, however, everything I attempt to get into the games or the forums it does...

Nope still can't access the playtest forum. I get this pop up from every link I've found for the playtest forum. Still get error 480232561. Checked that my info all matches up 100 times. Pretty much gave up trying at this point

I have a similar issue i got into the playtest it showed up under the scheduled menu but now when i log in it says i don’t have any playtests planned. Really bummed about it been in 2 tests before and this is probably the least broken build of the game and i can’t even play it lol
