Add tattoos and fix missions

Add tattoos. Also fix the tutorial wit Izzy. I cannot proceed the tour 1 skater eyes complete stop quick drop and roll.

    Have you read about skate. Early Access Road Map ?
    Guess not, because it says tattoos are coming on season 3. Bummer.
