Issues with my Skate Playtesting Code:

Hello Team!

So, i got a code for the Play-testing. The thing is, for some reaon, the e-mail i got from the EAPlayTesting says my gamertag is "FrankLight99249" and the code it for that account. The thing is, that isn't my GT or account. I don't know why is saying that because i i've been in a good number of playtests in the past and never got any issue. My Gamertag is "GrownGoldfish93". At the time of the sign-up (I don't recall exactly if was with skate) It appeared a different Gmertag (Strange again) and i made sure to change it and even connecting it with logging in via Xbox account, so i don't know what gone wrong. :/ Any way to fix it or giving a new code for the correct Gamertag? 

I've sent this exact e-mail like a month ago to mailto:[edit: email address removed] and got no response yet :(
