I haven’t gotten anything yet, I tried going to the website but there’s a queue and even when you get through it leads to a different ea website for some reason. It said 2pm, now I can just hope they meant a different time zone and that’s why I haven’t gotten it
I'm having the same problem! I've emailed support to see if they can help, but it could also be a time zone issue. Really they should have been more clear about what time zone they were talking about.

I've also got nothing until now. However, the playtest webstite I can access. But As far as I've found out it's a different time zone - it could be 2 pm PDT.
If you are approved on the EA playtesting website and have the correct connections to your accounts and emails, you should get an email for the code when the game releases at 2 PM PST (Pacific Time) or around that time.

I haven't received a response yet, but when I couldn't access the survey after I was accepted onto the playtest they got back to me quickly
I still don’t know if I’ve done the right survey tbh only ones I could find linked was the console choice one
