Tour 3 Bug

In the tour 3, i got a bug where i can't complete ir because of the last mision, where i can't make the last task, that is about do everything in a sequence. Even though I follow the task exactly as it says, it never shows as completed. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but nothing has worked. I haven’t seen anyone else with this bug, but I’d like a solution or to know how to contact the EA support.
