Anyone else having trouble with "Transition Skating 101"?

I was able to progress past the tutorial and the three basic starter missions, but now this current mission is bricked (for lack of a better term). I'm able to see the mission circle, but I can't interact with it, nor am I able to get past the initial "Meet up at the Under The Bridge Skatepark 1/1". I see others interacting with the mission and being able to start it as I type this. I restarted the game and my console numerous times, and in a last-ditch effort, I'm downloading the PS4 version to see if maybe that'll fix the problem.
