Exactly, that part doesn't make sense to me. In most games you can progress the battlepass or even anything, by simply playing the game (COD, R6, The Division). For whatever reason in skate., once you have done dailies, weeklies or event challenges/tasks you are progress-locked. Hopefully in the long term challenges are not the only way to progress in this game because currently a lot of players are feeling like the challenges are like "doing chores".
