I’ve been trying to correct an account issue over the last few days with support and now i’ve received the skate playtest even though my account is still linked with the wrong email and should be fixed soon. i’ve tried to login to the playtest and it says “your account has been restricted from accessing any online features.”
this is really irritating as i’ve been waiting to play this game for years

EA_cuervo I have the same issue, but that link does not help at all. I cannot for the life of me find a way to get in touch with an EA advisor to help sort this out.
Community ManagerIf you're not getting the chat option when contacting EA Help, please try using "EA account" as the product and "I want to update my EA account information" as the subject. That should give you the option to start a chat.
