Cannot Progress to Gullcrest Village

Started playing the game the other day and noticed that all of my challenge goals weren't being tracked for Gullcrest but instead for Market Mile. Once I met the 250/250 challenge goals it reset to 0 and I haven't seen ANY progression since. No challenge goals being tracked or anything. Anyone know any fixes?

    same issue here, no clue how to progress now been stuck for days with no fix
