Can't access any missions

Cannot complete "Skating transition 101" does not appear on map and is not in the park where its supposed to be. Because this is a tutorial I cannot do any more missions. 

Also having issues "flying" no matter what I do I fall straight down. 

Restarting and even reinstalling does not seam to help.
