Cant access playtest forums despite being invited

The links from googling may be directing to the old playtest forum on EA Answers, is that correct? They’ve moved here so those links will no longer work. Can you access them at this address?

my friend invited me to the skate playtesting on march 11th after it started. Does this mean i can still have a chance for this playtest? or do i have to wait for the next one august 28th

I'm having the same issue. I'm pretty sure their priority isnt going to be figuring out why people that received the email can't access the community or get past configuring. Oh well

Hey everyone, 

If you can't see the Insider Playtest boards, it's very likely that you're logged in with a different EA account in the forums. Please make sure to login with the same email where you received the invite to the playtest. 

I am logged in with the same email that received the invite to the playtest, so I don't know why that would be causing any issues. I cant get help from the EA help bot thing either, I dont know what else to do. The only thing I can possibly think of is my psn email is a different email than my EA one, but I have my psn linked to my ea account, so that shouldn't make a difference. 

These bots arent helping at all...

hey I AHVE a question i need help with please i got into the playtest all info was correct but it says invalid code on my ps5 due to region issue when I made sure to have it be correct and I can’t access the playtest I haven’t had any luck finding someone to talk to
