Can't even open the game!

My game keeps crashing on open and I can't even play it. 

I played the beta multiple times before, and it ran like butter. Now, any time I open the game, it crashes with the error "Critical low memory" or something along those lines. It tells me to reset my pc, but the game still refuses to open. 

I have reinstalled my gpu drivers, rebooted my pc multiple times, deleted and reinstalled the game (to different drives too), repaired EA javelin anti cheat, and it keeps happening every single time. Not sure what to do so I'm here, and any additional advice would be extremely helpful!!
