Can't finish mission due to a glitch and my hedgemont box level is reset.

In the "Skater Eyes" tour, I am on the 9/10th mission, "Activate or Use a Fast Travel Point." I can't unlock an FTP and I have no FTP points, which the game won't let me get. I am softlocked at this ...

ANOTHER UPDATE: All my levels are locked again when I logged back on, yet I have numerous items from those boxes in my inventory. I can't earn any rep, even when I do 3 challenges in a row. Please fix this EA.
