Can't play with friends

When I join a friend's party they automatically start appearing as offline, they don't show on the map either, also it is impossible to start missions in co-op, I can start them but my party is nowhere to be found. Idk if this is coming but not being able to change servers make me not be able to try and keep switching until I find my friend's server either.
