I think the devs do have their priorities, but the issue isn't the devs when it comes to the skate pass, its the higher up that are forcing it into the game. Don't get me wrong, I prefer that this game is free to play rather then the usual £70 games that EA turn out. Additionally, there is a fun game here, when it works. I haven't played any of the previous skate games, so I don't know if this is good or bad when it comes to it, but they are trying something, and the fact it's free to play as opposed to what it would be which is £70 is a bonus. You would still have the same comments, that the game is bad etc etc if it was £70. Don't get me wrong, if you hate the idea of a skate pass/battle pass/monetary value in a game that's free to play, you don't need to spend any money at all. They aren't forcing you too or restricting content from you. The mostly negatives comments I've seen for the new season is because they've added the skate pass. I haven't played the new season yet, but if you think that priorities aren't being met, don't play the game, or keep playing the game and keeping talking about the bugs and glitches that are ruining the game for you. Additionally, the game is still in early Alpha, it still has a long way to go and a lot of work to be done. Fornite is a perfect example of a game that was rough around the edges and now look at it, blown up, its now the game where you can literally do anything.
Is there still alot to do with this game? Yes. Should we, the consumers be putting pressure on the team to make the best game they can? Absolutely yes. Should we stop making half hearted comments as to why the game sucks and actually make thoughtful, in depth comments that help yhe devs fix the issues we want fixing? Yes.
And final thing, please Skate devs fix this problem, its nice to feel accomplished after sending the greatest line of your life rather than having to redo the challenge just to get the check marks.
