One month passed, still not receive founder’s pack content
I spend REAL money to purchase deluxe founder’s pack on 18/9, but I only receive the meat man item. Other item and bucks didn’t receive yet.
one month already pass, nothing happen, no further assistance for those play who are missing their founder’s pack after payment. Asked help center, they are just saying model answer like they are try the best to fix this, because this will affect player experience.
Then what? 1 month is not a short period, especially for those who paid but nothing received at all. So ridiculous and unbelievable are big company doing business like this.
i earn money so hard, i just want to buy some clothes and stuff on skate to have fun and relax. But what i am doing now? Going to help centre, going to this forum, going to discord to find solution to get what i paid, unfortunately, still no response.
if you can not fix this, please refund to those player. We don’t own you anything. BUT I request refund, they said this is no an option? Why???
