Challenges not refreshing

I been trying to play skate. the last half hour and the challenges will not refresh. I do not feel like replaying all the challenges I already have done across multiple sections of the map. 

Overall, game is very fun but I really wanted to play today but so far cannot do anything and am stuck not being able to continue progression

In attached screenshot, see that challenge time is at 0:00 but challenges are still completed
