church line pro challenge is bugged
One of the requirements is Revert the parkade oil spill, but it's just not popping even though I've reverted over it like 100 times now.

I am experiencing the same issue. They should allow you to complete these types of challenges without always having to complete all 3-5 goals. Would be nice.
EDIT: I am just now finding out that you can finish a challenge without completing all the goals if you go to the challenge page or whatever and click end. This should be an automatic feature imo and then if you want to restart the spot/challenges you can manually choose to do so.
