Completely locked out of missions

As the title says, yesterday I had completed a mission (the one where it tells you to celebrate) and as it was giving the reward the server cut out. Ever since that when I load the game the "missions" tab is blocked out and there are no active missions that I can do, so I'm effectively blocked out of the rest of the game. I would even take just a factory reset of my progress if that were possible so I could continue.
