Connection lost

Okay so I downloaded the game yesterday n didn’t have any problems with it was able to play and hop on and off and do whatever, but today I was able to log on for maybe 2 hours this morning and now every single time I try to log on I wait in the que for “30 minutes” (which is really an hour n 30 because the timer doesn’t move) and once it’s done loading that it puts me at the black skate screen and then just says “connection lost you have been removed due to a failed connection” and it’s so annoying bc my connection is fine.
