console grey screen

When i load up skate. on my Xbox I load in then in the menu screen where you can change appearance and the background is dark grey, if I press back to actually play they screen turns fully grey and I can’t do anything I just have to reload up the game. This hasn’t fixed itself, all my other games work fine, redownloaded and restarted internet and console many times and haven’t been able to play in a week, does anyone have any idea what to do because I really love this game
