Console Question(PS5): Is Console sharing okay?

Im on PC but I invited two friends who are on PS5, but only 1 of them got the actual code to download the game. However, they both game share on each other consoles so would it be okay for the one that was not invited to still play even if its downloaded on his end?

The 2nd friend decided to put in Middle East instead of North America (which we live 🤦🏾‍♂️) so thats probs why he aint got the code but can a admin help us out please😭.
