Crash course on stunts 6/12 for ps5

After completing the jump off the building while doing a spread eagle the next step does not happen.
stuck on step 6/12 of crush course on stunts 

I am asked to return to the top of the building and when I do nothing happens.

I have  restarted the game and it does not fix

unsure of what to do next
