discord appeal not working "bug"

i was muted for 30 days for saying something deemed inappropriate and am trying to make an appeal to apologise and explain i will not be doing it again via the ea help website and i get an error every time saying "this issue isnt supported by our advisors" so im not really sure how to go about making my appeal other than creating this forum post as the discord server itself has no appeal ticket system

i fill out the appeal form and click submit and immediately am taken to an error screen afterward that i have attached a screenshot of

if anybody knows of a way i can move forward with my appeal it would be greatly appreciated thanks
